The Shin Shinchō Kōki – Nobunaga-kun to Watashi manga comes to an end in its next two chapters.
This was revealed today on Kodansha’s Comic Days digital platform, home of the work in recent times, announcing its end for next August 9. Shinobu Kaitani’s most recent work, which became a stellar example of the transition from paper to digital.
Initially published in Young Magazine, Kodansha transferred it in 2019 to Comic Days, having a dual presentation, until jumping to exclusive online mode in June 2020. To date, it has 7 compilation volumes published, so we will have to wait a few months for the final volume to complete the story.
Shin Shinchō Kōki’s story centers on a high school full of juvenile delinquents. This dangerous school has an elite class in which the clones of famous warlords from different historical periods of Japan study.
So far there is no known anime adaptation of this work, but it would not be strange considering its author, who has already had adaptations in his history.
