In the crowd of a Bloomberg article announcing that Netflix’s plans for the video game next year would become very clear, a reporter and dataminer commented on his investigation. And it was worth it.

Netflix is rumored to add a video games section to its service in 2022. And some things that Steve Moser, editor of TheTapeDrive and MacRumors staff member, left out on the service’s iOS app keep us curious.
He says he found illustrations related to PlayStation in addition to the code name of this game feature.
The Netflix game function has the current working name “Shark” and is represented in its iOS app by this image: a shark fin. Could a picture of PS5 controllers and Sony’s Ghost of Tsushima (Director’s Cut coming August 20th) suggest a partnership with? $ SONY? CC @HedgeyeComm $ NFLX pic.twitter.com/FLghlRlu20

The game function of Netflix bears the current working name Shark and is represented by this image in their iOS app: A Shark Fin. Could a picture of the PS5 controller and Sony’s Ghost of Tsushima (the Director’s Cut will be released on August 20) on a partnership indicate with SONY?
A picture of Ghost of Tsushima and the DualSense: It doesn’t take much more to imagine that the SVoD platform, DJ at the ankle with Sony Pictures Entertainment since April last year, has had an acquiescence with Sony Interactive Entertainment. This clearly indicates that PlayStation games could go through this “Netflix Gaming”.
The matter seems plausible in terms of the vllits of the Japanese to look elsewhere, especially on the PC. More surprising when you think of PlayStation Now. Who knows what the Californian company Mike Verdu hired as vice president of game development is actually preparing. Probable answer in a few months. May be.
