Monster Hunter Story 2 Palamutes
There are six variants of Palamutes, one for each element of the game. The color of the egg indicates what element Palamute will be. Unlike other monsters, the color of Palamute will also change according to its elements.
Palamute has jumping and ivy climbing as its riding actions, making it easy for them to keep in touch with your team during post-race exploration.
How to get Palamute tickets in Monster Hunter Stories 2: Palamute
There are several ways to get Palamute tickets. After downloading the new update, go to the task board in any village and look for the five-star task “Throw me a bone”.
Turn in the required number of monster bones + materials to get a stack of Palamute tickets. These are normal, rare and super rare varieties.
You can also exchange caps for them at Melynx, but the cost is higher than the usual expedition ticket price.
How to get Palamute in Monster Hunter Stories 2: Palamute Expeditions
Price aside, Palamute tickets operate in the same way as other adventure tickets. From the multiplayer menu (which can also be accessed from the task board), select Cooperative Expedition, and then select the Quest to Explore Palamut House.
These are eight-star missions, which means you will not be able to access them until after the game.
After choosing the Palamute ticket, go to the target Rare Den and start exploring.
It is possible to find Paramut eggs in any nest. As always, the best option is to expedition to the nest of the target monster.
However, this is just an opportunity. Some players reported that they completed several Palamute Expeditions and did not find Palamute Eggs.
Some eggs may be rarer than others, but you can use stimulants on Palamutes during the psychic ritual, just like any other monster in Monster Hunter Stories 2.
