The Titanfall makers from Respawn Entertainment are currently big on the market with Apex Legends and thus a multiplayer title. In the future, however, they also want to cause a sensation in the single-player area.
The development studio officially confirmed today that they are working on a new single-player adventure that has not yet been announced in detail. New employees are now being hired for this project.
According to the tweet from Creative Director Mohammad Alavi, a “small but ambitious” team is working on the project; additional developers are being sought for this. Among other things, the positions of lead technical game designer, senior technical game designer, senior combat designer and senior level designer were advertised.

The job advertisements themselves do not reveal too much about the new project either. However, there is talk of the “freedom for innovation”, which should be possible through the “unique universe” in which the title is located.
It is unclear whether this game is the “brand new IP” that the studio mentioned in April. The probability of this, however, should be quite high. We will keep you up to date on further developments.
In collaboration with Oculus, the Titanfall makers from Respawn Entertainment are working on a first-person fighting game for VR headsets. Planned release: 2019.
