The official announcement of the free games on PlayStation Plus is still pending in August, but Sony of all people could have leaked the line-up in advance.
So Sony apparently prematurely and unintentionally published the list of supposed free games on PS Plus itself on the official website in August, only to remove them from there a little later. Finally, the official worldwide announcement is still pending. But the internet doesn’t forget anything as usual and has recorded the line-up for you.
If there aren’t any short-term changes, then you can expect on the PS5 – that’s already certain – Hunter’s Arena: Legends. The Battle Royale title for 30 players is already available on the PC and was previously confirmed as a Day One release and PS Plus member for the PS5.
On the other hand, the two missing titles were still unconfirmed. On the one hand, it should be Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville by PopCap. In the fun shooter, all kinds of different plants can compete with various zombie invaders. There will be different regions with different idiosyncrasies, social hubs like Dave Manor and more. A co-op split-screen mode is on board. The game was originally released in October 2019 for PC, Xbox One and PS4.
On the other hand, Tennis World Tour 2 should also be made available to you on the PS4. Here you can compete against the competition in the person of the world’s best tennis players in various modes, including singles and doubles, both locally and online. A career mode is also part of the game.
The three titles should be available from August 3rd; until then, you can still enjoy the July line-up for A Plague Tale: Innocence, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and WWE 2K Battlegrounds.
