Saber Interactive has set the release date for World War Z: Aftermath, the continuation of the zombie game in which we will again face infernal hordes of these undead when it reaches PS4 y Xbox One, both in physical and digital format, the next September 21st.
Those responsible ensure that it will be the Ultimate co-op zombie shooter experience by reuniting groups of up to four players who must eradicate hundreds of zombies at the same time in new cities around the world, including the Vatican and Kamchatka.
Either with the help of three other friends or alone with colleagues controlled by artificial intelligence, it will be possible to control new characters, although there will also be other familiar faces from the original title. All of them will fight against the zombies with melee and fire weapons and will also have more tools and traps to stop these insatiable hordes.
In turn, it is foreseen that World War Z: Aftermath it ends up coming later to PC and the new generation of consoles for PS5 and Xbox Series X / S, in which case the image will be seen in 4K at 60 fps. In addition, these versions will have a Horde XL mode that will make more zombies appear on the screen, in case some did not have enough.
And there are not all the surprises, since the World War Z original will continue to reach more platforms and the next one will be Nintendo Switch. So, Nintendo console users will also try to save the world from these hordes when it arrives in fall 2021, on an exact day to be determined.
