One of the benefits of a smartphone is that by traveling with us all the time it can be a great tool for information sharing, or even a substitute for virtual texts that should always accompany us.
For example a driver's license, a valid document that we must carry yes or yes when transporting a vehicle. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to carry the said card to your phone? Well it seems like it's already possible.
my DGT: so you will have a driver's license on your mobile phone
DGT said a few months ago it had been launching a request to publish it a few days ago. My DGT is also called for its purpose to allow us to easily make inquiries, and to access our private driving documents.
The only need to use my DGT is a Cl @ ve program that we can get into any community organization in Spain. Once this requirement is met, the use of DGT will allow us to:
- Touch all driving and driving license details.
- Some very important data, for example, points consultation (even if you are a cautious driver, you probably do not prioritize).
- Check the status of all vehicles in your name.
- QR code scanner: With this scanner the mobile phone can read the official FGT documents.
Although these services are really useful, DGT plans to increase the effectiveness of these applications, among them notification and pay penalties, cash purchases, office appointments or advanced processes related to your operations. Your permits and vehicles.
It's important to think that at this time, or to be able to access your card from the app itself, does not renew a driver's license. The DGT itself has indicated that in this case a visual document is still needed, but they hope that in the future they will change the law so that we can only drive with our mobile.
The smartphone will be your driver's license in Spain
DGT (General Traffic Directorate) is developing an application that will serve as a valid driver's license in Spain.
The app is currently available on Google Play in the first access phase, though it is not yet possible to download after the user limit has passed the test. The application is free and recommended for those of us who have driver's licenses.
