Hubworld Event shows Mario, Sonic Style 3D Platformerss

I love good 3D platformer, but they’re not as common as they were in the 90s and 2000s. However, indie developers are here to save the day for people who crave colorful and fun jumping simulators. Hubworld is an indie-focused digital event that takes place later this month and is entirely dedicated to showcasing new, emerging platformers.

What is Hubworld?

Hubworld is described as “3D platforming direct”“, Which is a reference to the popular” Direct “events that Nintendo hosts every few months. As with these, this more indie-centric showcase will feature a number of upcoming games, this time through one Dozen of platforms in 3D styleers that come from various smaller studios.

This isn’t the first time smaller developers and fans have used the Nintendo Direct playbook for their own independent events. Back in June, mega fans of Nintendo’s iconic RPG series EarthBound met and held a “Mother Direct. “Before that there was the popular one Healthy games right away, which contained over 50 colorful, cute and non-violent games. Nintendo’s Direct Presentations have proven to be incredibly successful, so it’s no wonder that other groups want to keep up. Even massive competitors have accepted the hint, like Sony with its State of play videos.

Which games are featured?

For the past few weeks, Hubworld’s Twitter account has been sharing videos of some of the games that will be released. Accordingly a tweet from July 23rd, that is something of Games featured in the video presentation, along with links to each developer’s Twitter.
