Nintendo and The Pokemon Company provide more details and prices for the new cloud service application Pokemon Home.
of Pokemon House The application enables trainers to continue their Pokémon adventure by managing the creatures in many of their games.
Launching on Android, iOS and Switch next month, you will be able to link your Pokemon games and store the captured content in the Pokemon Box in the cloud, or move them to linked compatible games.
Also, by linking the same Nintendo account to the Switch version and the mobile version, you will be able to access the same box from both platforms.
As previously announced, the Switch version supports Pokemon sword and shieldwith Pokemon: Let's go to Pikachu and Eve.
It also supports Pokemon Bank with Nintendo 3DS and Pokemon Go support is under development.

Connect the family to Pokemon games
After linking Sword and Shield to the Switch version of Home, you can store and retrieve Pokemon that can be obtained using these games.
With Home, Let ’s Go lets you move Pokémon back and forth between games or enter Sword and Shield. Please note that once you remove Pokemon from "Let's Enter Sword or Shield", you cannot restore it to the original game.
If you participate in the paid Pokemon Home Premium plan, you can use Pokemon Bank to transfer your creatures from the Nintendo 3DS Pokemon title to Home. Once a Pokemon in the Pokemon Bank moves into the family, it cannot be moved back to the 3DS game.
Use Home Trading Pokemon
There are four ways to trade Pokemon using Home on your mobile device, so you can trade Pokemon "anytime, anywhere".
- Pokémon placed in Wonder Box can trade with people all over the world. Even if Pokemon Home is not used, Pokemon placed in Wonder Box will be traded.
- With the Global Trade System (GTS), fans can specify which Pokemon they want to trade and which Pokemon they want to receive. If both parties meet the criteria, they will be paired with the trainer.
- Room Trade enables trainers to create rooms and trade Pokemon among those who join. Each room can accommodate up to 20 people. There is no cost to make a transaction in a guest room, but users can create a guest room only after signing up for a premium plan (paid).
- Friend Trade allows trainers to conduct Pokemon transactions with nearby users they become friends in Pokemon HOME. Trainers can use the "Add Friends" feature in Pokemon Home to add friends.
Additional features
- When a user places a Pokemon in a chest of the Pokemon House, the Pokemon will be registered to the country Pokemon. If the user has stored Pokemon for Mega Evolve or Gigantamax, these forms will also be registered. In National Pokedex, trainers will be able to see Pokedex entries in various games in one place. With the mobile device version of Pokemon Home, users can also search by Pokemon capabilities or actions.
- Trainers can get mysterious gifts in the mobile version of Home. With this feature, they can receive mysterious gifts from Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield, as well as gifts dedicated to Pokemon House. Pokemon received from Pokemon House can be placed directly in the Pokemon House chest. Trainers can also receive some gifts, such as items for Pokemon, by receiving the code for a mysterious gift in Pokemon Home and then using that code in Pokemon Sword or Pokemon Shield.
- If trainers have already registered for the premium plan, they will be able to use the judgment feature, which allows them to check the strength of Pokemon.
- In the "Your Room" section, the trainer will be able to view various information about activities or games related to Pokemon House. They can also use stickers to edit their profile. They can get stickers when they meet certain conditions or perform certain tasks called "challenges."
- In the mobile device version of Pokemon Home, users can view the progress of ranking battles and various online contests in Pokemon Sword and PokémonShield, as well as the ranking of Pokemon used in it.
