After a year with several releases and many rumors, the list of products to arrive before it’s over, it’s considerably long. From the iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7 to third-generation AirPods or 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pros, it looks like Apple will choose to split so many launches into various events.
A very, very interesting fall awaits us
In the latest edition of his weekly newsletter, Mark Gurman explains that Apple is planning several events for this fall. The first will of course be the presentation event of the new iPhone 13. Although, according to the Bloomberg reporter, this iPhone should be a “classic Model S”, Apple surely ends up calling this iPhone “iPhone 13”. An iPhone with a smaller notch, new cameras, A15 processor, 120Hz ProMotion for Pro models and more.
In this same event, we will have to see the new Apple Watch Series 7. Here, Gurman expects “a little revamp” with a flatter screen and internal technology improvements including a faster and more powerful processor. Rumors suggest we might see an Apple Watch with a square design, similar to the iPhone 12.
Then we should see the launch of the new third generation AirPods. Some AirPods which, according to Gurman, “will have a very similar design to AirPods Pro, including a new in-ear shape and shorter legs. “A version that will represent” the most important update of an AirPod since the launch of the first model in 2016, according to the reporter.
New iPhone 13 and Apple Watch Series 7. Completely redesigned third-generation AirPods. All-new upgrade for iPad mini and iPad education. 14 and 16 inch MacBook Pro M1.
Also this fall we will see the launch of the new iPad mini 6 as well as the 9th generation iPad. Du Prime Gurman states that “he is destined to become the favorite of many fans with his small edges after a complete overhaul. The latest rumors claim that this iPad mini has an A15 processor, a USB-C connector and a Smart Connector. On the second, the entry-level ninth-generation iPad, Gurman only announces that “a student iPad will soon be thinner and faster.”
To close the list of new features, Gurman mentions the 14 and 16-inch MacBook Pro. We don’t expect these computers to be released in September. Bloomberg reporter claims these new Macs are expected to appear just as the current 16-inch MacBook Pro turns two, which places us in the month of november. Macs which will complete the transition to Apple’s silicon from the Apple portable range and which will inaugurate the arrival of mini-LED screens on our computers.
In fact, the list of new things we will see before the end of the year is the most interesting. New features that in almost all cases go beyond simple updates to be complete overhauls or significant internal changes. We do not know if we will see two or three events, we will not know if there will be an audience or they will be entirely virtual, what we do know is that the wait will be more than compensated. In fact, from today the invitation to the first of events may already arrive, so we will be attentive.
