Less than two months after a long PlayStation showcase, Sony is staging again with a State of Play that will take place this evening from 11 p.m. Between rumors and expectations, it’s difficult to know what we have in store for this new live from the manufacturer of the PS5.
Stand tonight will start at 11 p.m. and will be to be followed live on LeStream from 10:30 p.m. accompanied by our plateau experts. As announced by Sony, the presentation gives us a new overview of “Games Already Revealed”, as well as “some revelations from partners around the world”. At 5 p.m. we will start animating the stream below, after which you can Follow announcements minute by minute. When the live is over, we’ll replace the current text with a summary of the key announcements.
Harry Potter, Final Fantasy … what can we expect?
As always, this type of presentation comes out lots of rumors and other theories. One of the most persistent is Hogwarts Legacy, the playset in the Harry Potter universe, and who to talk about tonight. At his side we find the highly anticipated Final Fantasy XVI, which did not appear during the Tokyo Game Show and which did exist announced at the Playstation Showcase in September 2020!
In a file discovered by fans, let’s also mention Gotham Knights, Tchia, Voice of Cards: The Isle Dragon Roars, The Lord of the Rings: Gollum or Dark Pictures, whose third episode, House of Ashes, has just come out. Even more fascinating the recent acquisition of Bluepoint Games, to whom we owe the remake of Demon’s Souls, gave rise to the credible rumors of a sequel to Bloodborne being entrusted to the studio. However, the chances of a first-party game announcement are slim.
A release schedule that will put us in pole position with GTA?
The license, the presence of which is almost certain, is GTA! GTA III, Vice City and Sans Adreas are back on November 11th within a remastered compilation called Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition, the perfect opportunity to show us a little more. It’s also more than likely that we’ll take a new look at that Next generation version from Grand Theft Auto V that was released postponed to February 2022.
Incidentally, we are talking about the possible presence of Solar Ash, expected on December 2nd, SIFU, Stray or Call of Duty: Vanguard. On the other hand, the chances of spotting first-party games are more than slimwho have favourited State of Play Announcement refer directly to third-party games Sony partner. God of War: Ragnarok, Horizon: Forbidden West, Gran Turismo 7 and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 should therefore skip to reveal themselves better in the coming months.
