Psychonauts 2 updates and makes it easier to hit 100%

easier, hit, Psychonauts, updates

Psychonauts 2 is undoubtedly one of the nuggets of the year. Double Fine is a fun adventure game that is particularly well-written and very pleasant to play. As with many of you, the title is one of our favorites of the year. Psychonauts 2, however, is said to be just as good to play as it is difficult to complete 100%. Thanks to a new update, Tim Schafer and his teams want to correct this!

If you want to complete Psychonauts 2 100%, you know how long and arduous the challenge can be. The mistake especially with collectibles, which are sometimes too well hidden and turn out to be difficult. Double Fine understood this and is now offering some new products that make our lives easier! Incidentally, the studio is taking the opportunity to correct various bugs and thus improve our gaming experience. What does this new November update bring? Here are the details:

New features:

  • New bonus psychoseismometer: available in Otto’s lab after completing Gisus Quest. With this new psychosisismometer, you can repeat boss fights and unlock related achievements.
  • Monitoring of collectibles: Check marks will now appear in the location selection menus to indicate that all collectibles have been collected.
  • Filter photo Otto Spot: shows collectibles and their position in levels. This is a photo filter that you can buy from Otto dealers for 75 Psytaniums
