During the announcement of update 2.3 of Genshin Impact It was clear that the star of this patch will be the event ‘Shadows of Snow and Dust’, so we have a guide in which we explain what it is and what rewards you can earn in it.
But first, we are going to reveal exactly when we will be able to play it.
What is the date of the event ‘Shadows of snow and dust’ in Genshin Impact?
The event will start on Thursday, November 25 and end on December 13, 2021. After it is finished, we will have until December 20 to claim all the rewards to which we are deserving.
Requirements to participate:
- Have Adventure Rank 20 or higher.
- Complete Archon’s quest “For a Tearless Tomorrow.”
- Complete Albedo’s Legendary Mission “The Traveler’s Investigation Report” and Joel’s “Lost in the Mountain” mission.
It will not be necessary to use Legendary Keys to unlock Albedo’s legendary quest “The Traveler’s Investigation Report”, which will kick off this event.
What is the event?
‘Shadows of Snow and Dust’ will be divided into three parts.
Born of the snow
We will have to participate in “Special Training in Dragon Spinner” to obtain the components to create Gordimdolls of snow. We can also exchange components with friends using the interface in the events menu.
When we build several Fat Snowmen we can get rewards from ‘Shadows of Snow and Dust’ among which are Protogems, parts of snowmen to decorate the Relaxer, Mora and the new Cinnabar Spindle sword.
Special training in Espinadragón
It is made up of three types of training that reward us with Protogems, Blackberry, Refinement Minerals and Snowplow Badges that we can exchange for other rewards in the event store.
- Agility training: there are four races that we can find in Espinadragón and in which we will have to collect both Adventure and Conquest Badges, which will increase the score.
- Tracking training– We must find and melt all the snow piles in the area of the eight tests.
- CombatThe eight combat challenges in Dragonwing contain baits that can increase the accumulation of cold and strengthen the enemies or reduce the cold and empower the characters, depending on the mode they are in. To change them, we must seek and activate a nearby mechanism while wearing the effects of a crimson quartz.
Mysterious challenge
Not many details have been revealed about the third part of the event ‘Shadows of snow and dust’ of update 2.3 of Genshin Impact. We only know that it will be activated by completing Act II of the event and that we will have freedom of exploration “to keep the mystery.”
Challenge rewards will be Hero’s Wits, Mora, and a Secret Badge.
