One of the best third party apps to manage calls from our Android device is Real caller. With over 270 million users, the popular caller ID and spam is renewed with its update of the version 12.
Real caller 12 comes with important news. Application separate calls and messages in two tabs making its interface cleaner and simpler, but it also launches two important new features beyond its overhaul.
Video caller ID
The first big innovation announced by Real caller is the new video caller ID (Video Caller ID), a feature that allows us to record a short video as a greeting which will then appear to our Truecaller contacts when we call you next time. It is a very original way of showing that we call a contact.
Call recording for everyone
When the call recording came to Truecaller three years ago did so via its premium paid version, but from version 12 there is no longer any payment to be able to record calls. The feature goes free, making Truecaller one of the best apps for call recording until Google turns on call recording worldwide as well.
During calls we will see the recording option, but in order to use it, Truecaller will need to be configured as the default calling app and accept some permissions so that the app can make recordings and save the data in memory. Then thIn the call history we will see the play icon in calls that have been recorded.
