In a little over four weeks, God of War will finally be available for the PC. The final PC requirements have now been made public in advance.
Before God of War is officially released for PC on January 14, 2022, interested parties must check whether their own computer is even suitable for this implementation of the PlayStation classic. The makers have now made the official system requirements public and have also commented on other PC-exclusive features.

On the PC, God of War will also have improved graphics with exclusive features. The game comes in HDR and also uses the specific features DLSS and NVIDIA Reflex when using a GeForce RTX GPU. The mission was also featured in a new trailer, which you can watch below.
Detached from the NVIDIA features, the title is given higher-resolution shadows, optimized reflections, Enhanced Ground Truth Ambient Occlusion (GTAO) and Screen Space Directional Occlusion (SSDO) effects on the computer at home. The textures themselves are also higher resolution and can render in larger resolutions. The frame rate has no upper limit.
Is that not enough for you yet? HDR on G-SYNC and G-SYNC Ultimate gaming monitors, TVs and displays is supported, as is 21: 9 ultra widescreens. In addition to controller support, there is of course also a customizable keyboard control. In terms of controllers, DualShock 4 and DualSense are also supported.
