Few communities are as known for their crazy ideas as Minecraft: A player set the goal of building an oreo biscuit. But not in the crumbly original size, but with the size of the mother ship from Independence Day! I’m sorry, what?
Why easy when it can be difficult? Since the player Nomallama apparently loves challenges, the huge construct was not created in relaxed creative mode. Instead, the biscuit lover relied on a real survival server!
So in addition to everyday survival, the player had to Mining and crafting without end, after all, he built his biscuit out of sturdy concrete blocks. At least some teammates hurried to his aid and contributed a few blocks.
The result is impressive: From a staggering 46,727 blocks, the player created in only
13 days his giant biscuit, as he explains in the video. There he presented the amazing result:

The YouTuber worked out the typical relief surface and logo with great attention to detail. The dimensions only become really clear when he shows the hollow interior of the Minecraft biscuit. Illuminated with hundreds of torches, the gigantic structure almost looks like a place of homage for biscuit disciples.
I’ll never do that to myself again
Shortly afterwards the biscuit exploded. So not really, but figuratively. Nomallama’s Reddit post earned a whopping 30,000 likes! Users celebrate the YouTuber for his sheer perseverance in recreating the popular pastry as a gigantic version in Minecraft.

A Redditor next called for a double-filled oreo. The virtual biscuit baker replied dryly:
My next plan for oreo builds isn’t one because I’ll never do this to myself again.
At the same time, Nomallama was surprised at how much traction his posting had absorbed. Apparently the cookie was made mainly for fun and personal challenge. All the better that other players can also enjoy the performance.
Minecraft is without a doubt one of the most influential games of all time, and it is still getting big and important updates even after ten years. In the GameStar podcast you can hear how the phenomenon has changed in ten years:
