The sequel to one of NEOGEO’s classics will arrive on January 20 on Xbox Game Pass
DotEmu announced that Windbreaker 2 will be available in PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC and Stadia on January 20, 2022. In addition, they communicated that the video game will arrive same day of departure to Xbox Game Pass for console and PC.
Windbreaker 2 It comes after 25 years of the classic Windjammers, a NEOGEO classic that has led us to release albums with the most malicious intentions possible. This sequel will include new mechanics, as well as all the essence that made us fall in love with the first opus.
This new sequel will feature hand-drawn 2D animations, new characters and stadiums, new planes and moves, as well as an amazing new arcade mode where you can win the championship by playing alone. It will also include a local or online multiplayer mode.
