Sony released the highly anticipated latest trailer Horizon: West Forbidden Zone, Show off the machines in the new environment of the game, and hint that they may be controlled by less delicious forces.
The trailer titled “Western Machines” opens up unobstructed vistas, including destroyed skyscrapers and underwater treasures. The protagonist Aloy will visit and then show off the dinosaur-like machines that will live in the Forbidden West. It focuses on three new machine types in the sequel: armadillo-like rollback, flying sun wings and serpentine sliding teeth.
The voiceover ends the trailer by talking about how to use the machines, while Aloy rides the machines that are taken over, but it also shows that invisible malicious forces will use these machines for their own purposes. Of course, considering that Aloy can also control creatures to a certain extent, the game is expected to cause considerable conflict when two forces meet. Maybe we will even see some large-scale machine-to-machine battles. One can only hope.
Forbidden West has been continuously promoting recently, and only released different trailers on The Game Awards 7 days ago. Barring accidents, the delay to February seems to remain stable. On the surface, one of the first big games of 2022 will provide an experience that fans have been waiting patiently for, especially if you like the collector’s edition. Hope it will be worth the wait.
