Just in time for the holidays, some great anime news: On Saturday, bleaching Creator Tite Kubo announced at Jump Festa in Japan that Bleach: Millennial Blood War would finally get his anime adaptation. The series is scheduled to appear in October 2022.
Bleach: Millennial Blood War sees the Return or Soul Reaper Ichigo Kurosaki as he leaps back into battle with Zanpakuto in hand. Unfortunately, all hell breaks loose when an upswing in Hollows hits the world of the living and the Soul Reaper’s home, Seireitei, is attacked.
The original serialization of bleaching ended in 2016, but the anime ended in 2014 and ended with the Lost replacement Shinigami Arc. This left the anime without proper completion for many years. Although the Millennial blood war arc is hotly debated among fans as to whether she’s the best or the worst that fans wanted their cherished Shōnen series to get the ending it deserves. Now it’s finally on the horizon.
the Bleach: Millennial Blood War Anime comes from Studio Pierrot and director Tomohisa Taguchi (Twin Star Exorcists), with character designs by bleaching Anime star Masashi Kudo. And as part of the general reveal, Viz Media and Tite Kubo announced that it had secured the worldwide rights to distribute the anime next October.
In addition to the anime, Viz will also lower the price of the full series of bleaching (dubbed in English, 13 seasons, 366 episodes) – a set that normally costs over US $ 1,000 – for only US $ 99 in “Anime Month” in February 2022.
