Minecraft breaks a memorable record: It is the first game ever to reach a total of one trillion views on YouTube. That’s 1,000 billion or a million million, written out 1,000,000,000,000! An almost unbelievable number for an extraordinary game.
In line with this, YouTube published its own Websitededicated to the data behind stellar success. A particularly interesting fact that emerges from this: Minecraft just keeps growing! After it took around eight years to generate 500 billion views, YouTubers only needed around two years to crack the one trillion threshold.
