The states of concentration arrived with iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 allow us to modify the functioning of the notifications of our devices according to the activity that we develop. These states can be activated via Siri or via the Control Center, but also we can automate their activation and deactivation, let’s see how.
9 to 5 hours of work, the rest of the free time
As we have already said, states of concentration can be activated in several ways. One of the most comfortable is to use Siri, but there is another way, one that doesn’t even require interaction from us: set a time for automatic activation and deactivation.
We can program this automation for any state that we have configured and with that we will do it the system that is responsible for managing the activation of the same. The steps to follow for this are as follows:
- We open the app Settings
- We enter the section Concentration modes.
- We touch the mode we want to automate.
- Click on Add a schedule or automation.
- We choose Time.
- We choose the activation time in From, the deactivation time in A and the days of the week we want to use this status.
- we support Okay.
Here it is important to see that we can add more than one schedule by repeating the steps
The idea behind this automation is that the same system is responsible for managing notifications so that we can even forget it. Thanks to this system and the number of concentration modes that we can configure, we will make sure that our iPhone adapts very easily to our usage habits.
