Just a few days before the premiere of Knights and bikes in Nintendo Switch next February 6, which apparently means a lot to the developer of the game.

The artist Rex Crowle from Foam Sword Games has participated in a recent interview with Nintendo Life to talk about how ideal is the hybrid of Nintendo as a platform for your game, due to the multiple possibilities of play and facilities to share the experience.

You can find his words below:

Our goal was to offer the same experience that the players had on the other platforms. We didn't want to send a reduced or simplified game, so it was always a matter of finding technical ways to make sure we didn't need to change the game's design or assets. However, I would say that even without having to make any major changes, playing the game on Switch feels really special in a different way. First of all, having the game in your hands, ready to go in and out at any time, feels a little magical. Being able to play for 10 or even 15 minutes on a subway ride was great. But then there is the possibility of decoupling a command and switching to the cooperative. You don't need to buy additional controls or even take an extra one with you. At any time, you can jump between the single player experience and a local cooperative, and it really makes it much easier to play with a friend or get help from a friend when you need it most.
