It’s already Friday, and that means it’s time to resume our Weekly Apple TV+ Content News Recap. We have premieres and news about future shoots that can keep us entertained all those weekends where the Omicron variant isolates us at home.
Tragedies, renewals and a new series with Uma Thurman
Apple TV+ premiere of the week is ‘macbeth
Another official announcement is that of ‘suspects‘, a Thriller in French with Uma Thurman which will be released on February 4. The actress plays a businesswoman whose daughter is kidnapped in Turkey, with eight episodes ahead of her trying to unravel the mess.
My favorite news today is perhaps a third season of ‘The Morning Show’, one of the best series on Apple TV+ by far. We will once again see Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon coming out of the pandemic that devastated all the characters in season 2.
The Hollywood Reporter brings us the news for a more distant future: there will be a biopic by Audrey Hepburn in film form. The script will be for Michael Mitnick, and the actress who will play Audrey will be Rooney Mara. There is no date set yet for the start of filming.
Don’t forget that there are other recent news available on Apple TV+, such as the new movie “El Canto del Cisne” and “Supersorda”, a children’s series.
