As is well known, developer Techland wants to provide Dying Light 2: Stay Human with additional content after the release. A timetable for the first planned DLC content has now been presented.
Even before Dying Light 2 comes out next week on February 4, 2022, Techland is getting down to business as far as plans for more post-release content are concerned. A roadmap has now been presented that is intended to show how things will continue in the months after the release of the main game.
The first new content should therefore be available in February, because a free DLC inspired by the factions will be available here. In March there will be a first series of fresh challenges for you, followed by an event series about mutated infected people in April. Another challenge set is then planned for May, in June it will be really extensive, because then the first story DLC will be made available.
How things will continue afterwards remains to be seen and further announcements reserved. Techland had previously revealed plans to provide post-launch content for at least five years, which is also reflected in the graphic. This will also include a second major story DLC, as well as new weapons and enemies, new stories and events and more.
