A petition for a refund of the purchase price of Battlefield 2042 has been started on the Internet.
Even months after its release, Battlefield 2042 is far from being the game that players hoped for and the publisher touted.
Although the first updates were rolled out after the launch, there are still numerous construction sites, including a missing points table, which significantly affect the fun of the game.
Just something as simple as a table makes many players shake their heads.
Some players are therefore demanding a refund of the purchase amount. A petition should now move Electronic Arts to make this possible on all platforms.
Because so far only Steam as a platform has allowed a refund on its own, as stated in the description of the collection of signatures.
The goal is to collect 50,000 signatures so that a lawyer can take action on this matter.
When writing the article, just over 5000 have already signed.
on change.org you can view the petition and sign it if you wish.
Excerpt from the petition:
“Battlefield 2042 has cost consumers millions of dollars in damages and has upset hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide.
Many promises made at launch were not met, and Battlefield 2042 was labeled unplayable in many consumer reports. Even today, Battlefield 2042 has bugs that change the game experience so drastically that it is considered an unfinished version.”
