The King of Fighters XV Digital Deluxe Edition is available now to order and grants early access.
SNK CORPORATION and Koch Media announce that The King of Fighters XV (KOF XV) is available now as a “Digital Deluxe Edition”, three days ahead of the title’s global launch. This edition is exclusive to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series X|S. All other editions of the game will be released simultaneously on February 17th, 2022 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
KOF XV features a whopping 39 characters in total, including well-loved classic characters, resurrected fan-favorites, and those who will figure prominently in events to come. In addition, there will soon be two DLC teams with three characters each. For the first time in KOF history, all the heroes of the saga are gathered together, making KOF XV the hottest Dream Match yet.
The latest installment in the King of Fighters saga continues the story mode of the previous title. Heroes from the Orochi, NESTS, and Ash saga have joined KOF XV, and this time the story is heading for an explosive climax!
KOF XV offers the classic 3 vs. 3 team battle system with an improved MAX mode as well as MAX mode (Quick), the new RUSH function and a variety of spectacular special moves. Rollback netcode reduces lag in online matches for smoother gameplay.
