After 3 years of work we can finally share villain book with you on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S!

We live in a particularly interesting time for deck builders. As roguelike card games continue to grow in popularity in the PC world, one of our obsessions from the beginning of the project has been to create a game with top-notch controller gameplay. From world exploration to deck building to thrilling boss battles, everything has been designed to hopefully bring a fresh splash of entertainment to roguelike and card players on consoles.

villain book

villain book places great emphasis on exploration. You must carefully control how you navigate the book, using your brush and ink as efficiently as possible. The more efficient you are at it, the more powerful you will be in battle. Overworld gameplay was designed from the ground up with the controller in mind, and we hope the results will bring great satisfaction. You will discover three chapters in the game, each set in a unique setting from our first game. faeria.

villain book

Since our official PC release in June of last year, we’ve been constantly working on free content and feature updates for the game. We’ve added the ability to socket your cards with gems in battle, created an entirely new dungeon to explore called Gem Mine, and added detailed run history to name a few – all available from day one in the Xbox version of the Game!

A thing that determines villain book Aside from other games in this genre is the dual hero system. With a total of four heroes, there are 6 possible unique combinations to play with – each of these combinations has several viable builds to try. The goal, of course, is for your experience to be a little different every time you play. With the console release, we’re also finally releasing a new fifth hero – this brings the total number of hero combinations to a nice, even 10. There’s never been a better time to start playing.

We really enjoyed working on it villain bookand hope you consider trying it out!
