Minimalism is not only unique to the style of the app, but also to its functionality: Steno is a sad reaper in the amount of features it offers. In fact, it has a timeline with all the notes and buttons to add new text and look for a note in the middle of their written set. Otherwise, the application is no longer active. Or less.
Steno is a simple and easy-to-use application to focus on writing. It has no placements, photos and any other not-so-simple and clean option. At least for now: the app is in development, so it wouldn't be hard to get rid of the annotations for image items, always maintaining its highest quality.
Stoo offers dark mode and light mode that adapter depending on what is selected in the system settings, has the undo button to return notes if they were accidentally deleted (to just remove them), notes to be shared (balloon icon) and it works without a connection. If you lose some protection when you leave without saving (the created note is deleted) or you have the option of syncing notes, details will be voted on as development progresses.
The Steno note app is free and ad-free, at least for now. It's a great recommendation if you need a note-taking app: weighs less than 7 MB when installed on a smartphone.
