Xbox app on PC update
First of all, a big thank you to all the Xbox Insiders who helped us with the latest round of testing of the Xbox app. Based on the great feedback we’ve received, we’re excited to announce that the latest Xbox app installation and game management features are available on PC! This is what it means for you:
- You now have the option to choose which folder your games will be installed into
- Access files for select games you have installed, as well as options to repair and move your games
- Ability to mod more games
No need to reinstall your existing games, just right click on them on the left side of your app and click “Manage” and then click “Activate”. You can also move and fix your games from here.
To install the latest Xbox app updates and get access today, open the Microsoft Store app on Windows, then navigate to your library and select Update next to the Xbox app.
