The Monster Hunter Rise, originally released for Switch last fall and now also available for PC, is known to receive a major expansion. Now “Sunbreak” should be presented extensively.
Capcom has announced that the major expansion “Sunbreak” for the current Monster Hunter Rise will soon be presented in detail. Accordingly, the company has planned a digital event that is to be broadcast in the coming week.
Capcom has now announced the broadcast via the official Twitter account for the franchise. This is scheduled for March 15, 2022; the starting signal is to be fired at 3:00 p.m. German time. The showcase will then last around 20 minutes and will include several “exciting reveals” about the upcoming expansion.
Concrete details about the transfer are not yet known, but the tweet mentions new monsters, new gameplay and more.
The Sunbreak expansion was announced in September. From their base in Kamura Village, players will explore the new region of Elgado, which will be home to numerous new creatures, including Shogun Ceanataur, Lunagaron, and the Elder Dragon Malzeno.
