The Owerwatch community seems divided after the arrival of the game’s long-awaited beta for its second installment. The particularity of this Beta is that it is only launched on PC, leaving excluding launch (at least for now) to console users. Blizzard also didn’t assure that some earlier access would later hit consoles, but hope isn’t lost that it might happen in the future.
The Overwatch 2 community on Reddit has shown its anger with posts recalling the “abuse” that the Overwatch player has suffered on consoles in the past. Players remember that they never tried to improve the interface of the first game to adapt it to consoles, these details are not neglected by many players, but being left behind from the beta has been the last straw, it seems.
Overwatch 2: console players want the beta
We’ve waited 3 years to see the actual content, and when we finally get it, it’s only for PC gamers. So we are forced to sit and watch other people having fun.
They never bothered to fix this buggy interface on console because it was designed for PC and it took years to develop a system for reporting issues, so it’s no wonder we’re left again in the dust.
WELL, IT’S FINALLY HERE, BUT OF COURSE THERE IS BAD NEWS. THIS IS FOR PC ONLY. from OWConsole
