Attention role-playing players and MMO fans: The new annual event in The Elder Scrolls Online starts today with the DLC Ascending Tide – albeit not yet on all platforms.
Today, The Elder Scrolls Online: Ascending Tide is the first DLC for the 2022 adventure, Legacy of the Bretons. Ascending Tide is available now on PC/Mac and Stadia, and is also coming to Xbox and PlayStation on March 29th.
Two new PvE dungeons open the New Year: The Shipbuilder’s Grief and the Coral Eyrie. In it, you can look forward to the return of several heroes from previous adventures in ESO. The new DLC begins with a bold rescue for Jakarn of the mysterious Order of Aspiring. You team up with Captain Kaleen for a heroic incursion into Coral Eyrie.
You can also enter an abandoned, haunted shipyard: the shipwright’s grief. Supposedly the remains of the greatest fleet in Tamriel’s history, the Fleet of All Flags, reside in and around these ruins, where all sorts of undead foes now roam. In addition to the two new dungeons, there are eight new item sets, collectibles, and furnishings.
Ascending Tide can be purchased through the in-game Crown Store. ESO Plus subscribers will automatically get access to the new Dungeon DLC. Update 33 will be released at the same time, which will bring, among other things, account-wide achievements, new PvP sets and outfits, as well as new furnishings and multi-seat mounts.
