Blizzard announces the first date Overwatch 2 The closed beta will test the game’s PvP capabilities.
As previously reported, set to go live on April 26, the closed beta will include a large group of testers who will be asked to provide feedback on the game. The goal of this phase is to test new features, content, and systems, and then move on to stress testing servers with a wider player base in future tests.
The closed beta will include 5v5, new hero Sojourn, four new maps, new push mode, hero rework and new Ping system.
If you haven’t signed up for the beta, you can opt in here.
Testers will be selected based on a number of factors, including the Battle.net region, when you signed up, and your computer hardware specifications. If you choose, in order to access the first beta, you will need to own a copy of Overwatch 1.
