We get an interesting detail related to one of the most beloved franchises by igamesnews. It is indeed about Pokémon and their types. As all fans know, each pocket monster belongs to one of the elemental typeswhich allow their classification and create relationships between them based on the advantages and weaknesses of the types.
Some Pokemon can be of two types at once, while moves are only one. On the other hand, there are certain factors that cause some Pokémon to change types.
Well, taking into account the importance of the types in this saga, a fan has pointed out through Reddit an interesting detail about how types can work like a cycle. Creating a picture to support their argument, all types except Normal and Dragon can be placed in a circle where the chosen type is strong against the type in front of it and weak to the type behind it.
Here it is:
I realised today you can have a cycle of all* the types beating one and losing to one from pokemon
It’s worth remembering that Normal- and Dragon-type Pokémon have been left out of the loop because, as many fans have pointed out, these types don’t follow traditional rules. Dragon-type Pokémon are weak to Ice, Fairy, and Dragon-type moves, though Dragon-types are only super effective against other Dragon-type Pokémon. Normal-type Pokémon, like Snorlax, are weak to Fighting-type Pokémon, although Normal-type moves aren’t super effective against any type of Pokémon currently.
What do you think?
