The long-running RPG series Vampire: The Masquerade is also known to be getting a Battle Royale spin-off with Bloodhunt. This now has a concrete release date.
Swedish developer Sharkmob seems to have made good progress with its battle royale title Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt. This is now reflected in the fact that you could now name a specific release date – and that’s not far off.
To date, the game has been confirmed for spring 2022 on PC and PS5 – and this time window can be clearly observed. From April 27, 2022, Bloodhunt will leave Early Access and will then be available as a full version on both platforms mentioned.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt is a third-person action shooter set in the universe of the long-running RPG series. It takes you to the streets of Prague, where vampires in the night compete bloodthirsty with supernatural powers, weapons and more. Here, the makers take up a Battle Royale formula that tries to convince with fast gameplay.
On the PS5, the game scores with special optimizations. The current Sony platform not only features high-resolution graphics, it also supports the DualSense controller with its special features; you can also expect Tempest 3D audio. Technically, the target is 4K at 30 fps in quality mode or 1440p at 60 fps in performance mode.
A Founder’s Ultimate Edition can also be pre-ordered for the PS5, which includes over 100 additional cosmetic items and more.
