Rogue Legacy 2 will arrive on April 28.
Cellar Door Games posted a new tweet on Twitter along with a Rogue Legacy 2 trailer where announce release date. The studio behind the 2013 rogue-like hit had already released the second episode in Early Access on Steam, so after a year of testing, the studio is ready for an official launch. Also, instead of going for a more traditional trailer, Cellar Door Games went with the animated format, as you can see at the end of the news.
In the words of the study: “We cannot express in words all the emotions we feel now that we have come this far and we know this is just the beginning. We would like to thank all the fans, old and new, who have tried the game in early access. Thank you for being with us on this long journey. It was an incredible experience and we will remember it fondly. But the most important thing is that we now have a game that would not be what it was is today without your support.”
As you can see at the end, Rogue Legacy 2 will be available on April 28 on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC.
