If you’re already waiting for supplies in Halo Infinite, you don’t have to wait too long: 343 Industries announced today when Season 2 in the action game should start.
The second season in the action blockbuster Halo Infinite will be called “Lone Wolves” and will start in a few weeks. The developers announced the launch date today: May 3, 2022.
The new season will of course bring a new Battle Pass with it. There are also new maps and additional game modes. The trailer, which has also been published, provides first impressions of the new content, which you can view below in this report.
The video focuses, among other things, on the new maps, which include the arena map Catalyst and the big team battle map Breaker. As for game modes, you can enjoy a free-for-all elimination mode called Last Spartan Standing and the new mode Land Grab; The latter is said to be a reworked twist on the classic King of the Hill mode.
The Battle Pass will also be available again as a free version, although you should be able to get more customization options here than in Season 1. You can also earn 1,000 CR with the Premium Pass, which is subject to a fee. Some new items can also be seen in the trailer, including a new helmet.
As is known, the cooperative campaign mode will not be available with the start of Season 2; that was already known. 343 Industries wants to deliver this later in the course of the season, although a date has not yet been set.
