Everyone knows the legend. The devilish barber on Fleet Street cut the throats of her customers, and Mrs. Lovett disposed of the corpses into meat pies so delicious they made her London restaurant famous. This is the story of Sweeney Todd and the clear inspiration behind the new independent video game Ravenous Devils.
This title, described by its developers as a “cooking simulator of terror”, has as protagonists Percival and Hildred. This happily married couple aim to strike it rich with the best tailor shop and tavern in town, whatever it takes.

Controlling Percival we have to kill the customers of the tailor shop at the right time to send their bodies to the kitchen, where we take control of Hildred to take care of the customers of the tavern and cook new delicacies.
We have to manage the resources of both businesses, learn new recipes and improve facilities while keeping the “secret” of success. We will also have to be very fast pointing and clicking. The main story will last approximately four hours.
Sweeney Toddthe story on which it is inspired Ravenous Devils, is a popular 19th century novel that was adapted into a musical in the 1970s. It has also made it to the cinema several times and you are surely familiar with the version directed by Tim Burton in 2007, which starred Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham-Carter.
