Do you always forget to drink water? Apps like WaterMinder not working for you? Well, maybe you like this other new solution that is starting to be sold in the Apple Store: the water bottles that integrate with the Apple Health app. With them, the effort to record the amount of water we drink is practically reduced to zero.
“Hey, your bottle turns on the lights”
The cans are from the HidrateSpark brand, and have a capacity of 0.6 liters. Under them we have a light base that will show one color or another depending on whether we drink too little or too much water. And thanks to its sensors, weight changes will be detected during consumption and the amount of water drunk will be recorded in the Health app.
If you need to drink water and can’t remember, the bottle itself also emits multicolored light beams to alert you. Plus, its stainless steel liner keeps water cold for 24 hours and there’s applications for iOS and watchOS to be able to control all the data. The electronic part of the bottle is recharged via USB in two and a half hours, and the autonomy can go up to two weeks.
Currently in the Spanish Apple Store the STEEL model is sold in two colors for 84.95 dollars, although it can be found on Amazon for 67.99 dollars. In the American Apple Store there is a STEEL PRO model which is currently not available in the Spanish store.
