In Stray, slated for an October 2021 release, you’ll be alone as a lost kitten in a cyber city full of humanoid robots and dangerous creatures. After being separated from your family, you will need to solve an ancient mystery to escape the city and find your way home.
During your journey, you will meet and become friends with a small flying drone called the B12. With the help of the drone, you both will try to find your way out.
As a cat, you’ll explore the city’s neon alleys and murky surroundings. You need to protect yourself and interact with your environment as you roam high and low.
You can be “secret, nimble, stupid” and “sometimes as annoying as possible” to the strange inhabitants of the world. Annoying, right? I wonder if that means knocking things off tables and shelves, walking around the kitchen counter, eating houseplants and pulling them up, scratching the couch, hitting the dog. At least that’s what my cat does.
