A new month means new games in the games with gold. Microsoft has announced the title selection for May 2022, with the return of Long live the Piñata! and adding good indie like Yoku’s Island Express.
Games with gold titles for May 2022 will be:
- Yoku Island Express – May 1 to 31
- The Inner World – The Last Wind Monk – May 16 to June 15
- Hydro Thunder Hurricane (Xbox 360) – May 1 to 15
- Party Animals Viva Pinata (Xbox 360) – May 16 to 31
Available from May 1 to 31Yoku’s Island Express is a well-reviewed game that combines platforming and pinball elements. Hydro Thunder Hurricaneavailable between May 1 and 15is a boat racing game Xbox Live Arcade which also received mostly positive reviews from critics and was generally well received by audiences.
The Inner World – The Last Wind Monk will be available from May 16 to June 15 and it’s an adventure game point and click which received good reviews for its fun story and puzzles. Ultimately, Viva Pinata: Party People will be available to Xbox Live Gold subscribers from May 16 to 31. A spinoff of Rare’s Viva Pinata series, Viva Pinata: Party Animals is a Mario Party-style game that fans of the franchise will love.
