Last March 2021, Team 17 dayswith OverBorder Studio, announced the upcoming release of Thymesia, a promising new ARPG with the soul of Dark Souls. Thymesia was originally meant to be a PC-exclusive release, but eventually the studio announced plans to bring the title also to next-gen consoles for our joy.
Although Thymesia was supposed to arrive in the last quarter of this year, today we received some great news regarding the launch date of this promising title. And it is that as we have been able to confirm through the new trailer released, finally Thymesia will be available from August 9th.

In Thymesia we will step into the shoes of the mysterious Corvus on a violent journey through our memories, where the truth is hidden about what happened to this once prosperous kingdom that is currently devastated and plagued by monsters. These monsters will do their best to hinder our progress, but we can complete them thanks to the domain of the Plague.
And it is that one of the main features of this title is that we can snatch different diseases from our enemies to use them as weapons. Combine Corvus’ moves with the power of the Scourge and take down anything that stands in your way, if you can.
