Publisher PLAYISM and developer Origame Digital have announced this Generate the Generation Special Edition, a first-person photo game for Xbox One on May 17th. It will also be available on Xbox Game Pass console and PC.
First released for PC a year ago, the Special Edition includes the base game, downloadable content, and additional modes.
The story takes place in a retro future. in Tauranga, New Zealand, major cities are surrounded by walls as the United Nations deploy troops and massive mechs to thwart an alien invasion amid a looming crisis. To mark this console release, the developers have put together a new trailer:
As a Tauranga Express courier, you can explore, photograph and record the world and its reality through the lens of your device. As you play, various objectives and gadgets will be unlocked. Each photo taken is judged on color, content and composition. If you take a picture you will receive a money note that will be used for the final payment.
