It has now been officially confirmed that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II is on the agenda for this year. But when will the title be presented in its entirety? There are new rumors about this.
With the exception of the name Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and the logo, we don’t know much about this year’s offshoot of the long-running shooter series. So when will Activision Blizzard present the new part with gameplay and plenty of other details? There is now new insider information.
The signs are growing that a performance can probably be expected in the next month of June. At least that’s what the usually well-informed insider Tom Henderson claims via Exputer citing unspecified sources.
The shooter’s campaign could reportedly be shown as part of the Summer Game Fest event on June 9, which has now been scheduled for broadcast, but the first material will be shown a week earlier. The first trailer for the title should already be shown on June 2nd.
With TheGhostOfHope another leaker about the series jumps on the train, according to whose information even May 30th could be considered for the release of the first trailer. Either way: Since it’s the same week, you can probably keep week 22 in mind.
The popular multiplayer mode of the new franchise part will be presented later. According to information from Henderson, this is conceivable for August, as was the case with the last parts. Official confirmations of all dates are still pending, so there is a residual risk that this will not happen. We will keep you up to date.
