At his recent investor meeting, Square Enix has dealt with a very interesting topic in its question and answer section: the incident with Yuji Naka that we brought you in the scoop a few days ago. At that meeting, according to Takashi MochizukiSquare Enix confirmed the legal conflict that existed before both parties
Additionally, they also added that, as a company, Balan Wonderworld is a game “they confidently recommend”
Square Enix confirmed it had lawsuit case with Yuji Naka but declined to comment further. As for Balan Wonderworld, “it is a game that we recommend with confidence.” (from Q&A session during earnings briefing)
