As summer approaches, Nintendo’s dominance of the charts grows stronger. The company from Kyoto thus occupies the first four places in the top 5 of the week.
After a stellar launch week, Nintendo Switch Sports continues to claim first place in the weekly bestseller rankings. It must be said that buying the boxed version is particularly interesting. In fact, the game requires the thigh strap to attach the Joy-Con to it to enjoy soccer. So unless you bought Ring Fit Adventures (the accessories are identical), opting for the digital version means you’re depriving yourself of features. Who could have guessed the incredible commercial success of this Switch port of a Wii U game?This week’s Chocolate Medal goes to Legends: Pokémon Arceus, another of Nintendo’s last major releases.
So we’ll have to wait for the last place on the charts to come across a game that doesn’t come from the Big N catalogue: it’s SIFU in the PS5 version in its Vengeance Edition. Remember that this physical version is signed by Microids.
Things have changed a bit on PC. Of course, Farming Simulator continues to be a hit as Edition 22 tops the top 3. Surprise comes second. there is indeed The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Game of The Year Edition. We have to believe that the Netflix series reignited the hype surrounding the adventures of Geralt. Finally, the bronze medal goes to the Sims 4 Standard Edition. Here, too, we can only bow to the incredible longevity of the title Electronic Arts, which signs us a “MOTHERLOAD”.
