Only a few days left the arrival of update 2.7 and Yelan to Genshin Impactso it’s a good time to get to know her through the new ‘The Key Clue’ web event and earn Protogems and other rewards.

How to participate in the web event ‘The key track’ of Genshin Impact?

Whether they play on PC or mobile, enter this websiteselect the server you play on (if you are in Colombia, it is most likely America) and log in with your Hoyoverse account

. But the best option to participate is by entering directly from the ‘special events’ menu within the game. This will automatically log you in with your account.

We also recommend accessing directly from that menu if you play from PS4 or PS5. In this case, the game will give them a QR code that they can scan with their phone to access the site automatically logged in. Otherwise, they will have to use their UID to link the event to their game. You will receive an email in Genshin Impact that they must validate in the next 10 minutes to start the event.

Remember that only players who have already reached Adventure Rank 10 or higher will be able to participate.

What is the web event about?
