There will be no second listeners in the battle between Apple and VirnetX when the Curertino company wanted to present copyright infringement is invalid.
According to Bloomberg, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals has rejected Apple's request to reconsider a decision issued in November when Apple violated two patents for VirnetX.

A copyright dispute between the two companies dates are back to 2010 when VirnetX accused Apple that its SpaceTime app had infringed its intellectual property and involved a number of lawsuits.

The case was remanded to the lower court to determine whether damages could be restored for both patents or whether there should be a new lawsuit. This ruling was in line with VirnetX two copyright infringements remained.
