There are so many Warhammer games out there that one fact is often overlooked: there has never been a classic cRPG in the style of Pathfinder: Kingmaker and other heavyweights. The tabletop template is ideal for this!
Oh, did we just mention Pathfinder? What a coincidence (not), because the developer responsible for it, Owlcat Games, revealed Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader at the event. And with that you finally want them in-depth role-playing fare deliver that fans have been asking for for a long time.
Finally a classic role-playing game in the Warhammer universe – the Pathfinder makers are working on Rogue Trader.
You slip into the skin of an eponymous rogue trader who enjoys the favor of the Emperor and embarks on a journey to the most remote corners of the empire. Numerous dangers, characters and decisions await you there. The latter should even have a lasting effect on the game world and its inhabitants.
A release date has not yet been revealed. But you can already do the so-called Founder’s Pack
on the Owlcat website purchase and thereby secure guaranteed access to the alpha and beta.

And finally the confirmation: Die Open Beta von Immortal Empires will start as planned in the third quarter of 2023.

Warhammer 40.000: Space Marine 2

Cheers erupted at the announcement at the Game Awards 2021. That alone shows how much interest there is in Space Marine 2, the third-person shooter in the Warhammer 40k universe, even before its release. And the development studio Saber Interactive knows about this interest, which is why they work at full speed behind the scenes to make the game a success.
The new Skulls event trailer shows you just that: a few behind-the-scenes glimpses where developers and motion capture actors have their say and talk about the responsibility of working on this game.
Warhammer: Vermintide 2

An old acquaintance is Warhammer: Vermintide 2, because the game was released in 2018 and is therefore already a few years old. But it doesn’t matter, because the co-op title is still being played by thousands of players on Steam, like a look at steam charts reveals.
That’s why there’s going to be a big update soon, thematically revolving around the demon prince Be’lakor. Thanks to new locations and fresh opponent types, the so-called Shadow Champions, the games should also feel fresher for long-serving Vermintide veterans. The update will be released on June 14, 2022 for PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 – and even for free!
