Last July, Yoshida went on a live stream to say that the game has prioritized the enEnglish localization and would be recorded in British English. FFXVI was not shown at this year’s E3 nor at the Tokyo Game Show.
The official website is currently listing FFXVI as a PlayStation 5 exclusive, although the initial trailer seemed to imply that the game is a timed exclusive.
